Pilates is accessible for almost any body. The sequences include great attention to detail and form. A Pilates practice is a perfect way for clients to gain strength in weaker or injured muscles and joints. Our exercises are gentle on the joints, so there is little worry of over stressing an already stressed body.
Pilates builds a body awareness. It helps chronically weak and imbalanced muscles become equally strong. Pilates not only improves your body, but also helps with mindfulness and improves your concentration.
